In an effort to keep fees to a minimum, we do not bill our clients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered.
It is always a good idea to know beforehand what any procedure or treatment will cost. Please do not hesitate to ask the doctors or technicians for an estimate before allowing us to proceed with treating your pet. We pride ourselves in keeping your costs to a minimum, but we would not be able to provide the overall level of care that we do if we did not charge accordingly. It is important that you fully understand the extent of testing and treatment required, and the costs that may be incurred.
Payment options for all clients include:
– Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CareCredit
We do not accept personal checks for a new client’s first appointment. For all established clients, we will gladly accept a personal check with your social security number and driver’s license. There is a $30 fee for all checks that are returned from the bank.
